Your BaZi birth chart, made easier to read

BaZi is a traditional Chinese way of interpreting a birth date and time. ZhiMing offers a chart, plain-language readings and daily fortune prompts, with room to explore the traditional details when you want them.

Opens the existing web app. Enter birth details there; birth time is optional.

Start with what you know

Use the birthday on the birth record. If you know the time, use the clock time recorded at the place of birth. This version does not adjust for birthplace or historical clock changes. If the time is unknown, choose that option rather than guessing.

  • Use the regular calendar unless the record gives a Chinese lunar date.
  • Read the short overview before opening technical chart details.
  • Use the visible English and Chinese buttons to switch languages in the app.

Keep the reading in perspective

Treat the wording as an invitation to reflect, not a verdict about who you are or what will happen. The Five Elements display counts traditional chart symbols; it is not a health, personality or luck score. Daily prompts are not instructions for major decisions.

Choose whose reading to open

The self-reading flow saves your birth record on this device. Reading for someone else uses a separate temporary flow that does not replace your record or save theirs. Shared devices still carry privacy risks: another person may see the screen or your saved record.
